It's normal to fee overwhelmed sometimes. Life can be hard at times and we don't always have the kind of support we would like.
Our team of Talk2Me Support Workers are available for one-to-one sessions designed to give you space to talk through the issues that are weighing you down or holding you back. Nothing is too big or too small to raise through the Talk2Me program.
The Talk2Me Support Worker will listen and give you helpful tools to process your anxiety, depression, grief, loss or any other barrier to a full-filling life.
The strategies used in sessions will give you building blocks to use outside of sessions so you can continue to practice at home or in your personal life.
Our Talk2Me Support Workers do not do couples counselling or family counselling but can work with individuals 13 years and over.
